Our Story As a Party Rental Company
American Party Rentals got its start in 1989 when Pete and Judy Daymont opened their doors with a simple goal: to provide quality party supply rentals in the Triangle area. As a family-owned business with deep roots in Durham, we quickly became known as the go-to source for all types of events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
Today, brothers Todd and Chad Daymont continue the family legacy with passion and innovation. The American Party Rentals’ team infuses modern expertise into time-honored traditions. We’ve added more high-end tabletop items and partnered with local and specialty providers to meet all our clients’ needs without sacrificing quality. Though we’ve grown as a party rental company since 1989, our success continues to be measured by the smile on clients’ faces when their dream event becomes a reality.
