Updated Message Regarding COVID-19

Our showroom is currently open by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The latest appointment time available each day is 3:30 pm. We are taking every precaution necessary in terms of sanitation and social distancing. The number of visitors at each appointment will be limited to three individuals in addition to our staff person. The APR representative for your appointment will wear gloves and a mask and will maintain a safe social distance. All guests are required to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer will be available as you enter the showroom.

The sales team will continue to work remotely with the exception of showroom appointments. We recommend communicating with the sales team via email whenever possible. When a phone call is necessary, please dial American Party Rentals’ main line at 919.544.1555. Beginning July 27, our goal will be to always have someone available to answer your call. If we fail to answer, a recorded greeting will provide names and extensions for our staff. After entering the proper extension, you may leave a voice mail which will immediately forward to that individual’s cell phone.

If you have an existing reservation between now and December 31, we would like confirmation regardless of your intended action: cancellation, postponement, or moving forward as planned. An APR team member will be in touch with you to confirm your plans. Until further notice, deposits on new rental reservations placed now through 12/31/2020 are non-refundable. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your order.
