All local members of the association recruited by a contractor who is not bound by the Local Union in whose geographical jurisdiction the work is carried out shall be employed in the area where the work is carried out, in accordance with all the conditions of the agreement in force. (a) The Labourers` Provincial Demolition Agreement, a collective agreement between the Ontario Association of Demolition Contractors Inc. and the Labourers` International Union of North America 27.01 This Agreement will come into force on May 1, 2010 and will remain in effect until April 30, 2013 and will then remain in effect every two years, unless one party terminates the other party within a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days or at least two days to transmit a proposed revision of this Agreement. thirty (30) days before April 30, 2013 or, in a similar period, in a subsequent biennial year, and the parties shall request a meeting within fifteen (15) days and negotiate in good faith to reach an agreement. 20.02 In the absence of an agreement between the parties in accordance with Article 20.01, either Party may refer the matter to the PJCB.
